primary share market 

• Its the primary market that a company gets registered to issued share to the public and raise money 

• companies selling share first time in share market is called initial public offering (iop) , i.e iop meaning that the companies provide basics details regarding financials , promoters, businesses , price and band etc..,

Secondary share market 

• Investors trade already listed securities by buying and selling them

• Secondary market transactions are where one investor buys shares from another at the prevailing price

BSE is oldest one compared to NSE its establishment 1875 for BSE and NSE was established in 1992 and also NSE it is nifty and BSE it is sensex
