      COURSE COMPLETED ACT APPRENTICESHIP

• The Apprentices Act, 1961 was enacted by the Government on 12.12.1961, to regulate and control the training of apprentices in certain designated trades, with the object of getting adequate manpower trained in Industrial Skills for the developing industries in the country.

• Many of the special protections in these regulations for young workers under 18 will apply to apprentices, for example young workers must not exceed the 8 hour a day or 40 hours per week. They are also entitled to paid holidays and rest breaks of at least 30 minutes if their shift lasts more than four and half hours.

• To start an apprenticeship you have to be aged 16 or older and no longer in full-time education.

• take a cotton ball and clean your skin well and then leave it 10-15 minutes without any disturbance  

scrubbing

• take 1 teaspoon of gram flour in a bowl with that add 1 teaspoon of sugar , this both ingredient mix it well in the bowl  and take one tomato then cut it and dip it into a the mixture 
• now gently scrub your skin after 5 minutes wash with water  

face mask 

• take a tomato and cut it into small pieces after that make it into a paste 
• now take a bowl in that add 1 teaspoon of curd and add 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 2-3 teaspoon of gram flour finally mix it well in a bowl 
• now apply it in your face then leave it 30 minutes and wash your face 

do this facial 2 times in a month then permanently you get a glowing skin
